Every order gets one exchange — different size or design
of equal value. We ship your new item as soon as you send
us the return tracking number. No waiting.
Return shipping is on you. Original shipping is
non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds process in 3–5 business days to your original
payment method.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. If
approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and
send a free replacement or full refund.
Please don't ship it back before contacting us — returns
sent without a label from us can't be reimbursed.
